SERVICES
Mathews Dinsdale’s lawyers regularly appear on behalf of employers before provincial labour relations boards, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, arbitrators, provincial workers’ compensation boards, provincial human rights tribunals and various other federal and provincial boards and tribunals. They also represent employers before all levels of courts in wrongful dismissal actions, occupational health and safety matters, judicial reviews of decisions made by administrative tribunals, to obtain injunctive relief and to enforce competition and solicitation covenants. In addition to advocacy services, our lawyers also advise employers on matters such as collective bargaining, creating compliant human resources policies and avoiding the adverse labour relations and employment law consequences associated with the purchase, sale or restructuring of a business.
