Main Areas of Practice:

Dimitris Tzouganatos, Partner, is Professor of Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School and Member of the Bar of Athens. He is a graduate of the Universities of Athens (LL.B., 1976), Tuebingen/Germany (Dr. iur., 1982) and Michigan (LL.M., 1985). Between June 1995 and March 1999 he was Member and between October 2000 and October 2003 Chairman of the Hellenic Competition Commission (National Competition Authority). He served as General Director of Regulatory Affairs of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE) Group and as Chief Legal Counsel of EFG Eurobank. He is currently Member of the Legal Council of the Bank of Greece (Central Bank). He has published books and articles on Competition Law, Unfair Trade Practices, Trademarks, Corporate and Consumer Protection Law in Greek English and German. Prof. Tzouganatos has served as member or Chairman of several Arbitral Tribunals (in ICC-, DIS-, VIAC- as well as in domestic Arbitrations).

Nikos Kosmidis, Partner, graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School (1998) and holds LL.M degrees in Commercial Law from the School of Law of the University of Athens and the School of Law of King’s College London. Member of the Athens Bar Association. He has extensive advisory and litigation experience, having represented numerous clients before the European, the Cypriot and the Greek Competition Commission and also before the Greek Civil and Administrative Courts. He has been a member of the Single Independent Public Procurement Authority. Nikos has published a monograph and various articles in the fields of Competition, Public Procurement and European law and has delivered speeches in conferences and seminars.

Aikaterini Paneri, Partner, is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School and a member of the Athens bar Association. She specializes in company law, unfair trade practices, commercial contracts and company law. She has extensively dealt with legal issues of multinational enterprises.

Anastasia Stavropoulou, Senior Associate, obtained her Law Diploma and an LL.M degree in Commercial Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School (2011 and 2016 respectively). She is admitted in the Athens Bar Association. Her fields of specialisation include Competition, Energy and Commercial Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
