Founded in 2004 by Lola Chammas and Denis Marcheteau, Chammas & Marcheteau originally focused solely on private equity and transactions. Today the firm counts 52 legal professionals and has 11 practice areas. Restructuring and Turn-Around:

  • Advised CEMEDIS Group (26 dental health centers in France - revenue €45M - 490 employees ) in connection with the takeover under sale plan, of the assets and activities of the COSEM association (revenues : € 91M - 1250 employees).
  • Advised GROUPE SEBBIN, a French manufacturer of medical devices and implants for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, mainly in silicone, with 169 employees and revenues of €20 m, in connection with its receivership proceedings, which led to the sale of the whole company's share capital to SYMATESE GROUP and to the adoption, by the Commercial Court of PONTOISE, of a receivership plan with the constitution of classes of affected parties.
  • Advised PRIMAVISTA, the French leader in the production and marketing of professional photographs of newborn (2022 revenues: €23,608m ; 321 employees), in connection with its safeguard procedure (constitution of classes of affected parties).
  • Advised the HBRI’s (BLUE VALET) financial shareholders (SUPERNOVA INVEST, IRDI CAPITAL, DYNALIM and NACO), in connection with the company's receivership proceedings, which led to the sale of HBRI's entire share capital to its financial shareholders and founders, and to the adoption of the first receivership plan, with the creation of classes of affected parties, adopted by judgment of the BORDEAUX Commercial Court.
  • Advised BLACK CODE Group, a catering and events group specialising in gourmet Japanese cuisine (86 employees and combined revenues of €14m) in connection with their insolvency proceedings.
