Department of Infrastructure, Complex Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution:
Directed by Jose Manuel Valencia Cerasa, the Infrastructure and Litigation Department provides advice to its clients with a legal and technical support, unique in this field. This whole-permanent advice usually begins with a tender formulation phase, continuing through the adjudication, engineering and construction stages. If required, the exploitation phase of the contract may be covered by the Department as well. The Department has a highly specialised team of lawyers, with experience in complex litigation and arbitration, especially regarding the litigation of both public and private infrastructure contracts, and other types of construction contracts. Lastly, Mr. Valencia's team has a deep knowledge on administrative public claims, thanks to its previous experience working on Chile’s Public Works Ministry.
