The firm’s recent work includes representation of many international banks and financial institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Asian Development Bank, FMO, Bank of China, Export-Import Bank of China, and China Development Bank in bilateral and multilateral financing transactions involving commercial banks. The firm represented many international banks and financial institutions such as Macquarie Bank, Lehman Brothers Commercial Corporation (HK), International Investment Bank, Blue Orchard, BHF, Commerzbank, Oikocredit, and many others in relation to their secured and unsecured loans to the Mongolian government and companies, including the top four Mongolian banks and Development Bank of Mongolia.

Corporate/M&A
