Ranking Table

Dispute Resolution: Arbitrators

This ranking table covers all forms of dispute resolution and contentious proceedings more generally, including investor-state arbitration, public international law and matters before the ICJ. In addition, law firms may also detail their handling of class action proceedings, single-plaintiff litigation and corporate investigations. The greatest credit is given to international counsel, and law firms should be able to demonstrate they have worked on cases relating to multiple African countries. Litigation taking place in countries outside Africa (for example, in the UK Supreme Court) may also be relevant, where the underlying dispute has a significant connection to at least one African country.
