He is a co-founder of VGG & Associés. He has been a partner for four years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, of which he headed the tax practice between 2006 and 2012, after having been an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP for four years. He started his career at Arthur Andersen International.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998, Yann holds a DESS-DJCE degree in business law and taxation from the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg.
