Vera Ferreira de Lima

Vera Ferreira de Lima is a counsel in Linklaters' Capital Markets and Financial Regulation group in the Lisbon office's Finance department. Her professional experience has focused on securities law, banking law, companies law – in particular assistance in public offer of securities and financial instruments – financing, regulatory advice for credit and financial institutions, and collective investment schemes.

Vera has been advising various clients in assessing the risks and impact of legal and regulatory rules on their operations and the development and marketing of their products and services, as well as on filings and ongoing liaison with the Bank of Portugal (BoP) and the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) in the context of regulated institutions’ activities and M&A transactions.

Vera is part of the Linklaters’ ESG global team, with members from different offices and practice groups, which granted Linklaters Tier 1 in the first-ever ESG rankings by Chambers.
