Practice Areas
Thomas Walsh is the co-head of Clifford Chance's Greater China arbitration practice and head of its Korean disputes practice.
He has a particular focus on private equity / M&A disputes and tech disputes having been involved in some of the largest and most complex disputes in APAC. He acts as both counsel and arbitrator under all of the major institutional (HKIAC, SIAC, LCIA, ICC, CIETAC etc) and ad hoc (UNCITRAL) rules.
He is appointed to HKIAC’s Council and Appointments Committee, the chair of ICC HK's Nomination Committee, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
