Thomas Kleinheisterkamp is a member of the firm’s Tax Group. His practice covers all aspects of national and international tax law as well as related corporate law aspects. Thomas focuses on corporate tax law with a particular focus on corporate reorganizations, tax audits, tax litigation and transactional tax advice. In addition, he provides tax advice for both lenders and borrowers in all tax-related areas of acquisition and corporate finance and regularly advises sponsors on all corporate and tax law aspects of management incentive schemes.
