Mr. Huang's practice focuses on cross-border dispute resolution. He has over 20 years' experience in international civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Huang has represented well-known domestic and international companies in hundreds of commercial and maritime cases before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ("CIETAC"), the ICC International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC Court"), the London Court of International Arbitration ("LCIA"), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce ("SCC"), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center ("HKIAC") and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC"). His representations primarily involve disputes in international trade, cross-border investment and financing and M&As. Mr. Huang has also successfully acted for clients, including large state-owned enterprises and private companies to deal with judicial investigations and trial proceedings in relation to their overseas investments in foreign jurisdictions. In addition, Mr. Huang has represented for hundreds of foreign-related civil and commercial litigation cases before PRC courts at all levels, involving applications to recognize and enforce or set aside foreign arbitral awards.
