Ségolène Coiffet specialises in debt restructuring, distressed companies, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and particularly within the framework of international transactions. She advises creditors, banks, lease-finance and factoring institutions, providers, as well as companies and their managers and shareholders in the context of disputes opposing them to their commercial partners and in relation to the negotiation and prevention of these disputes. She also intervenes in commercial, banking and financial litigation cases.
She started her career in 1998 in litigation and white-collar crime departments of several law firms before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2008, where she was appointed as Counsel in 2014 and as Partner in July 2017.
Member of the Lyon Bar (1998-2006) then of the Paris Bar since 2007. Member of the Society of Turnaround Professionals (ARE).
She attended the program in law from the University Jean Moulin from Lyon III (1995).
