Avocat à la Cour, Sébastien Dominguez has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002.

Before setting up his own firm in 2022, Sébastien worked for twenty years as a lawyer in the competition law teams of renowned Anglo-Saxon and French law firms.

Restrictive trade practices: pre-litigation and litigation.

Private litigation related to competition law: damages claims following anti-competitive or restrictive trade practices, in defence and as plaintiff.

Training in competition law: compliance programs for management and commercial teams.

Merger control: analysis, negotiation, and notification of mergers before the French Competition Authority or the European Commission, for the notifying parties; advice to third parties for comments (commitments) or opposition to mergers.

Commercial agreements: negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including industrial contracts (supply contracts, confidentiality agreements etc.), distribution agreements (franchising, commercial agency etc.) and other partnership contracts.

Commercial pre-litigation and litigation, including before the French Commercial Courts: contractual litigation, unfair competition, distribution litigation, damages claims etc.
