Ramón Fernández Pérez is a Chartered Lawyer and a partner at Muñoz y Arias Sports Lawyers. His notable expertise encompasses litigation, contract drafting, employment contracts, and criminal procedures, among others. Furthermore, He is highly experienced in representing national and international sports entities, clubs, federations, agents and high-profile football players before Spanish state courts.

In addition to his role as Head of Litigation at Muñoz y Arias Sports Lawyers, he is a guest lecturer in Sports Law at a number of institutions such as ISDE Law Business School, Fundación Real Betis Balompié and La Liga. Ramón has also participated as an arbitrator in Moot Competitions, including the second edition of the IFAM (International Football Arbitration Moot.)

Ramón holds a Law Degree from the University of Valencia and a Master’s degree in Legal Advice for Companies (LLM) from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (IE) in Madrid.
