Racheal is an award winning internationally recognised barrister, known for her expertise at the intersection of law and new and emerging technologies, most notably; cryptoassets, blockchain and smart contracts.
She has appeared in the leading cryptoasset matters of the day including FTX, Osbourne v Persons Unknown, D'Aloia v Persons Unknown, Cryptopia and the Craig Wright litigation.
Racheal's practice is both contentious and non-contentious and multi-disciplinary across this subject matter, including, inter alia, financial regulatory (fintech), commercial, civil fraud, insolvency, tax and trusts.
In 2024 alone, Racheal was awarded the FinTech Advisor of the Year Award at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards, and the Cyber in Law Award at the National Cyber Awards 2024. She is presently nominated for the Barrister of the Year at the Inspirational Women in Law Awards 2024.
