Olga heads Linklaters’ Asset Finance practice and has extensive experience in cross-border financings of aviation and maritime assets, as well as industrial and other big ticket assets. As co-head of Linklaters Transport Sector, Olga has also worked on a range of corporate and capital markets transactions, and restructurings, insolvencies and disputes, in the aviation, maritime and off-shore energy sectors. Experience also in syndicated bank lending and structured finance transactions.
