Adv. Nitza Posner is a partner at Salomon Lipschutz & Co., where she heads the firm’s unique, multidisciplinary crisis management, bankruptcy and debt arrangements department.

Nitza has extensive experience in representing clients in the field of crisis management on behalf of various parties, including outlining policy and establishing business strategies to extricate them from the crisis, reduce damage and avoid the downward plunge that leads to bankruptcy, while using the firm’s considerable human capital and professional experience.

Nitza provides legal guidance to companies and boards of directors, including in bond holders’ settlements and shareholder disputes, and in commercial acquisition transactions including acquisition transactions under bankruptcy proceedings - representing purchasers of collapsed businesses. Additionally, Nitza represents directors and officers who face legal action from officers of the court in bankruptcy proceeding.

With vast experience in banking and bankruptcy spheres- ranging from reorganization and debt arrangements to receiverships and liquidations - Nitza acts on behalf of an array of parties. She also represents banks, secured, ordinary, and substantial creditors. In fact, she has served as legal counsel in some of Israel's most influential cases in this field.

Nitza is included in the Bankruptcy Commissioner's list of trustees for complex proceedings. Recognized for her reputation, Israeli courts consistently appoint her as trustee, settlement manager, receiver, and liquidator. In 2023, Nitza was joined by CPA Trabelsi as trustee and settlement manager for the recovery and settlement proceedings of one of the largest financing and investment groups - the Hagshama Group, a conglomerate of 126 diverse corporations and legal entities.
