Nigel Dickinson is a derivatives and structured finance lawyer based in London. He has extensive experience of a broad range of capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on OTC derivatives, structured products and structured finance transactions.
Nigel's practice includes advising global investment banks, retail banks, end users and service providers on derivatives, repos and stock lending, derivative-linked debt securities, repackagings, CLOs, CDOs, structured products, commodity financing and complex liquidity, regulatory capital, accounting, tax, risk-transfer, hedging and funding transactions.
