As an equity partner in the firm, he specialises in handling insurance and reinsurance, shipping, trade credit, bills of exchange, construction, white collar crimes, joint venture disputes, insolvency disputes and service agreement related disputes for Indian Insurers, Trade Credit Insurers, overseas Reinsurers, construction companies and general commercial clients. Naval represents clients in proceedings before Indian Courts, tribunals and in domestic and international arbitrations.
