Nabila Mallick has a busy Employment and Public Law practice, with a specialism in Equalities.

She has appeared in constitutionally significant public law cases, including R (Abdi& Others) v Secretary of State Home Department [2008] declaring unlawful the operation of secret policy of detention of foreign national prisoners and other unlawful detention cases.
She was recognised by Lawyer Monthly Magazine as the Female Employment Barrister making the most appearances between 2018 - 2021 at the Employment Appeal Tribunal
