Mylène Boché-Robinet is a partner and co-founder of Boché Dobelle, one of the top French independent law firms dedicated to Restructuring and Insolvency. Fluent in English and in German, she is especially involved in cross-border R&I cases, as well as in complex insolvency-related litigation proceedings. She advises mid-market companies and international groups, as well as their managers, creditors, investors and insolvency officers.
Her main areas of expertise are :
- Cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases involving international private law and European law,
- Debt restructuring: assisting debtors and creditors in major debt restructurings, especially in the context of mandat ad hoc and conciliation proceedings,
- Distressed M&A: advising buyers and sellers in share and asset deals (prepackaged sales), in the context of pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings,
- Insolvency-related litigations.
She teaches international insolvency law at the University of Lyon II (MASTER 2 ALED).
Career
Mylène Boché-Robinet has started to develop her expertise in Restructuring & Insolvency law since her study at Sciences Po Paris. She successfully passed the Paris Bar Exam in 2007 with the best grade of the University (“majore”).
In January 2009, she joined the Restructuring & Insolvency team of Clifford Chance Paris. She has been described by the French legal press as the “Rising Star” of the French Restructuring Market when joining one of the top French law firms, August Debouzy, as a counsel in 2018.
In 2019, she created Boché Dobelle Law firm, which has been immediately well-recognized and top-ranked for its Restructuring & Insolvency expertise.

Mylène Boché-Robinet is co-founder and president of Women in Restructuring (WiR).
She is an executive member of CERIL (Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law) and member of various organisations in the R&I field such as International Insolvency Institute (III), Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Insol Europe and ARE.
