Mohammed Al-Ghamdi is actively involved in commercial transactions, including joint ventures, licensing and distribution agreements, as well as in commercial and labor litigation in the Saudi courts. He regularly advises clients on all phases of their operations in Saudi Arabia, from start-up and support of ongoing operations, including general regulatory, corporate governance, tax matters, and strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. He is experienced in handling wide variety of sectors, including energy, petrochemicals, power and water, manufacturing, construction, aviation, transport, technology and innovation, media, telecommunications and life sciences and health care.
He joined the firm in 2006 from the Kadasa Law Firm. Prior to joining the Kadasa Law Firm, he practiced law in Washington, DC, as an international legal consultant with an American law firm. He received a commendation from Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to the United States of America, for achievement of high academic standing in legal studies.
