Mickaël Lévi recently assisted Andera Partners in its sponsorless deal with Sanso Investment Solutions and Longchamp AM, the founders of Yuri&Neil in their acquisition of a minority stake in EMZ, Groupe Rayne in its financing by Tikehau Capital, and Ardian and Generis Capital in Azerion's acquisition of Hawk.

He advises numerous French and foreign companies and investment funds on their smid-cap transactions, and has developed a major transactional practice within, which is enriched by the litigation skills of GWL's practice partners

Mickaël has developed a unique market positioning. The team regularly advises and assists in minority LBOs (OBO), representing either funds (equity or sponsorless) taking a minority stake in groups owned by founders, or for founders wishing to remain majority shareholders and reference following the majority investment by private equity Funds.

Career

After working for Veil Jourde, Ashurst LLP, Denton Wilde Sapte (Dentons LLP), and Reed Smith LLP, Mickaël Lévi joined GWL in 2014.
