Michael Schlitt 'has what it takes'. Technically one of the best, he advises investment banks and International Groups of companies on capital markets and corporate finance matters. Michael has significant experience in international capital markets transactions, particularly IPOs, rights issues, block trades/accelerated book builds, convertible, exchangable hybrid, high yield and corporate bond transactions as well as public takeover and finance transactions. Michael is head of the German Capital Markets practice.
