Michael Byrne is a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He has extensive experience of dealing with commercial disputes including, in particular, in the areas of Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Public Law. Michael acts for a range of international companies, State and semi-state bodies.

Michael has regularly speaks at events and conference. He has previously written articles published in the national press and has contributed to publications, including the Practical Law Company Dispute Resolution Multi-Jurisdictional Guide and the International Comparative Guide to Product Liability.

Michael serves as Honorary Treasurer of the Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland.
