Megan is a Partner and Head of Corporate at Stuarts Humphries. Megan is also a member of the specialist Investment Funds and Fintech Practice Groups, advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, banking, financing, licensing, fund structures, and Fintech, across a wide range of sectors including leading financial institutions, prominent US, European & South American banks, investment managers, Fortune500 companies and several of the world's largest insurance companies. Megan offers expert counsel on the use of companies, partnerships, SPACs and unit trusts in the context of investment funds and restructuring issues relating to offshore investment funds.

Career

Megan has recently acted for the issuer on a number of SPAC IPOs in the US and UK and routinely advises fund sponsors and other stakeholders on the structuring and formation of hedge and private equity funds; the restructuring, wind-down and liquidation of funds; and the regulatory framework governing funds and their managers in the Cayman Islands. Her clients include institutional fund sponsors, boutique investment managers and private equity houses.
