Dr. Matthias Kampshoff is a partner, he provides advisory for all corporate and bankruptcy-law related issues. He focuses on restructuring companies that are experiencing crises and bankruptcy situations.

Matthias has extensive experience in providing advisory for companies, their officers, shareholders, investors as well as bankruptcy administrators and creditors. He focuses, in particular, on guiding companies in their debtor in possession proceedings (Eigenverwaltung).

In addition, Matthias regularly advises in national and international (distressed) merger and acquisition transactions.

Recently, Matthias advised in various projects, inter alia, with respect to the following industry sectors: retail, automotive, media and information technology (IT).
