Martin Fähndrich is a patent litigator qualified as a lawyer and engineer. Due to his double qualification he offers one stop advice for infringement and validity litigation in the bifurcated German court system. Martin has successfully run hundreds of cases at the courts in Düsseldorf, Mannheim, and Munich, in opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office and in nullity actions at the German patent court (Bundespatentgericht). Martin specializes on cases involving challenging technical subject matters, particularly in the fields of telecoms, software, electronics, automotive and medical devices.
