Career
1993-2002: Assistant U.S. Attorney, Southern District of New York - represented U.S. and its agencies in all phases of civil litigation, including trials and appeals in federal and state court. Her cases involved commercial, tax, bankruptcy, fair housing, employment, constitutional, environmental, and tort law. She also served as Chief of the Tax and Bankruptcy Unit.

She has served as a post-confirmation Plan Administrator and/or Distribution Agent in several Chapter 11 cases in Manhattan.
