As a senior member of the firm’s Corporate & M&A, Compliance and Employment practices, Leonid Gilevich has extensive legal practice in Corporate Law and M&A, joint ventures, high-value commercial agreements and contracts.
His areas of specialization include non-contractual commercial issues; legal due diligence of businesses; strategic advice and day-to-day employment-related support; managing, identifying, and prioritizing legal compliance risks; advising on the anti-corruption laws of Ukraine.
Graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, International Law Faculty (Master of International Law, cum laude).
