Leanne Wallser is a Group Partner* in the Walkers’ Investment Funds and Corporate Group and is based in the Jersey office, where she advises on all aspects of Jersey funds law, including the launch of Jersey expert and private funds.

Leanne has extensive experience representing investment fund managers, financial institutions and sponsors in relation to the structuring, establishment, operation and termination of a wide range of investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, tech and impact funds. In addition to her funds work, Leanne advises on a range of corporate matters, including property financing and restructuring work.

She is a member of the Jersey Finance Sustainable Finanance Community of Interest Group, and a founding member of the Walkers ESG/Impact Investing Working Group.
