He works for investors and financial institutions, credit rating agencies and companies, fintechs and government authorities. Kees’ experience includes structured finance, acquisition finance, property finance, bond issues, portfolio transfers and restructurings.
Before he joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2024, Kees worked for Rutgers & Posch, Clifford Chance (including a period in Moscow), Spigt Curaçao and Linklaters.
He regularly lectures for students and clients, and publishes in legal journals.
