As part of the Finance practice at Eversheds Sutherland, Kees advises on a broad spectrum of banking and capital markets products.
He works for investors and financial institutions, credit rating agencies and companies, fintechs and government authorities. Kees’ experience includes structured finance, acquisition finance, property finance, bond issues, portfolio transfers and restructurings.
Career
Before he joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2024, Kees worked for Rutgers & Posch, Clifford Chance (including a period in Moscow), Spigt Curaçao and Linklaters.
Publications
He regularly lectures for students and clients, and publishes in legal journals.
