Kathy has also participated in the major restructuring of the renewable energy division of a SOE. She is also experienced in advising international clients, including international funds and renowned companies on their investments in solar PV power plants and offshore wind power plants. She has represented an international capital fund in the subscription of overseas convertible US dollar bonds and conducted legal due diligence on the domestic renewable energy assets held by the issuer.
