Joseph assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, SEC compliance, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. He routinely represents both strategic and private equity clients on buy-and-sell-side transactions. Joe also represents issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings (IPOs), shelf registrations, follow-on offerings, private investments in public equity (PIPEs), at-the-market (ATM) offerings, ongoing ’34 Act compliance, and other securities matters.
