Partner specialising in banking, structured finance, securitisation, capital markets, derivatives, real estate finance, fund finance and financial regulation. Since 2010, has had a strategic role in advising on the resolution of the euro area sovereign debt crisis. Advises financial institutions, supra-national organisations, corporates and private equity funds. Leads the Paris Structured Finance and Derivatives teams.
