Jennifer has deep experience representing investors, lenders, developers and community development entities in transactions involving various forms of debt, equity and public financing, including federal and state new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, renewable energy credits and low-income housing tax credits. Jennifer has worked extensively on structuring complex transactions involving multiple incentives and syndicating tax credits.

Her experience also includes advising clients in the acquisition, leasing and disposition of commercial property; restructuring troubled real estate projects and partnerships; and negotiating, documenting and closing commercial loans.
