Jean-Philippe Pons-Henry is a partner in Gide's Criminal and Commercial Litigation Department and specialises in pre-action claims and litigation cases.

Jean-Philippe acts in finance-dominated disputes before civil, commercial and criminal courts, as well as in the context of enquiries, inspection or disciplinary proceedings initiated by financial regulators.

He also leads internal investigations and assists the firm's clients in evaluating their compliance programs, whether in banking or financial matters or more generally in the fight against corruption or money laundering.

Career

Jean-Philippe is an Essec graduate (2000), holds a master's degree in public and business law (2002 - Paris X-Nanterre), and is a Certified International Investment Analyst (2009).
