Jason also has experience in establishing mining ventures, addressing mining claim disputes, and preparing/negotiating a wide variety of commercial and land use contracts to support natural resource operations.
Prior to joining Parsons, Jason worked at Fabian VanCott where he gained experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters.
