Career

Jason has over 14 years experience advising Asia and U.S. sponsors and investors in the structuring, formation, and offering of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, co-investment vehicles, and other alternative investment products.

He also advises fund sponsors in management company structuring, carried interest plans, shareholders’ agreements, and related internal governance matters, and investment firms and their principals on the purchase and sale of significant minority interests in asset management businesses.

• Intudo Ventures, in the closing of Intudo Ventures III, LP, valued at US$115 million,to invest in startups in Indonesia

• GLP Pte. Ltd. in the establishment of a US$5.6 billion Japan-focused private real estate and logistics fund

• IndoSpace in the formation of IndoSpace Logistics Parks III, its US$580 million India-focused industrial real estate fund

• A leading technology company in the formation of a US$300 million fund focused on renewable energy projects in China

• EverStream, in connection with multiple funds focused on renewable energy investments in Japan
