Practice Areas
Environmental, Civil, Mercantile and Administrative Litigation as well as Corporate Law. His practice focuses on complex litigation cases before state and federal courts, on commercial, corporate, tax, environmental and energy matters, especially in Constitutional Protection Process (“Juicio de Amparo”). Rodrigo’s experience includes cross-border litigation and judicial assistance for the execution of foreign final judgments in Mexico. He has participated in several occasions as an expert witness in Mexican legal matters before U.S. state and federal courts. He has also participated in the effective implementation of the Oral Adversarial System in Mexico’s criminal procedure, sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
