As the partner leading the Firm’s Technology practice, Guillaume Seligmann focuses on all aspects of technology law, advising clients on a broad range of transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters, both in France and internationally.

He advises clients on software licensing and disputes, outsourcing, cloud computing, data privacy, cybersecurity, big data, digital media, and other e-commerce and internet-related issues.

He also has substantial experience advising on matters related to telecom networks, VoIP, and satellite telecommunications as well as technology pertaining to the defense, aerospace, and robotics industries.

Guillaume’s practice has been recognized by Chambers Europe, The Legal 500 France and by Best Lawyers in France and Who’s Who Legal.

An attorney for over 20 years, Guillaume was a partner at renowned French and international law firms before joining AYACHE to create and lead the Technology practice of the firm
