Graeme Kirk is the Senior Partner and head of immigration. His principal area of practice is UK immigration and nationality law. He deals with all aspects of the Points-based system for UK immigration including investors and entrepreneurs and all other immigration cases (other than asylum). His client base includes international banks, major foreign and UK corporations, IT and high tech companies, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. He is recognised as one of the leading UK corporate immigration specialists in 'International Who's Who of Business Lawyers' and other leading directories. Contributor to Carswells "Global Immigration Handbook". He has addressed IBA conferences regularly since 1991 and has spoken at seminars throughout the world including numerous IBA, ABA and AILA conferences. He has acted as co-chair of the biennial IBA Global Immigration Conferences in London since 2003. He acts as consultant in immigration law to solicitors firms throughout the UK and overseas.

Qualified in 1981. Assistant solicitor with Radcliffes & Co. 1981-84, then joined Gross & Co. in 1984 becoming a partner in 1986. Chairman of the Immigration and Nationality Committee of the International Bar Association. 2000-04. Co-chair IBA Global Employment Institute 2016-17 and Trustee of the IBA HRI Trust.
