Gonçalo Veiga de Macedo

Gonçalo Veiga de Macedo is a counsel in Linklaters' Finance group. He is based in the Lisbon office, having worked in London (2005 and 2010) and São Paulo (2009).

He represents financial institutions and corporates in domestic and international financing and structured finance transactions, including project finance, real estate and acquisition finance, as well as on refinancing and restructuring transactions.

Gonçalo has significant experience on bank deleveraging transactions, including loan portfolio transactions across the different asset classes, notably loan portfolio sales and disposals across the different asset classes (including corporate loans, leveraged loans, real estate loans, finance leases, project finance assets, consumer loans and mortgages).
