He has 28 years of experience, assists its clients at EU and international levels in the development and implementation of compliance programs (including data transfer strategy, GDPR europrivacy certification, regulatory and data mapping, compliance audit and DPIA (including in the field of AI), development of personal data management procedures (BCRs and other transfer mechanisms), DTIA, AI and Data project risk-assessment and implementation. He serves clients from Pharma, Media and Technology industries, industrial groups (including automotive, innovative materials, Cosmetic and Luxury) & International organizations. Fabrice graduated from English and North American Business Law University Sorbonne, held Paris Bar speciality in IT/ Digital law. Fabrice is CIPP/E & CIPM holder (certification delivered by IAPP), member of Europrivacy International Board of Experts in Data Protection, & member of OECD Expert Community on Data Free Flow with Trust.
