Practice Areas
Practicing in environmental, customs and transport law, I specialize in the regulations governing the life-cycles of products, from the sourcing of materials, through product design, production, international transport, placing on the market, circulation, abandonment and, finally, the recycling of the waste they generate, before closing the loop by integrating the recycled materials into a new product production process.
My work consists in making the links between the legal and economic constraints of all the stages a product or waste goes through, studying their interoperability and helping my clients to build their business strategy accordingly (launching a business, managing crisis situations, managing civil litigation, administrative and criminal defense).
My area of expertise covers: customs regulations; rules for placing products on the market; waste management regulations; industrial environmental law; environmental taxes and contributions (carbon quotas, CBAM, etc.).
