Practice Areas

Specialised in environment, customs and transport law, my experiences drove me to cover the entire life-cycle of goods, from extraction of minerals, through conception of products, their production, their placing on the market and circulation, their abandon and, finally, their waste recycling before closing the loop by integration of the secondary raw materials into a new production process.

My work consists in making connections between the legal and economic constraints of all stages a product goes through, studying their interoperability, and helping my clients to build their business strategy (launching of business, management of crisis situations, and litigation support in civil, administrative and criminal matters).

My field of competence covers : 1) customs regulations ; 2) transport of goods; 3) placing of goods on the market; 4) waste management regulations; 5) industrial environmental law (environmental permits, clean-up measures, compensation, administrative sanctions and criminal penalties; environmental liability and share transfers); 6) environmental taxes; 7) water, air and soil pollution.

Career

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, I work for 8 years at RACINE law firm before joining UGGC AVOCATS law firm as partner in 2015 where I am head of “Environmental regulations” and “Customs & Logistics” departments.
