Specialised in environment, customs and transport law, my experiences drove me to cover the movements and the entire life-cycles of goods, from sourcing of materials, through conception of products, their production and freight forwarding, their exportation, importation and placing on the market, their abandon and, finally, their waste recycling before closing the loop by integration of the secondary raw materials into a new production process.
My work consists in making connections between the legal and economic constraints of all stages a product goes through, studying their interoperability, and helping my clients to build their business strategy (launching of business, management of crisis situations, litigation support in civil, administrative and criminal matters).
My field of competence covers :
-customs regulations and transport of goods,
-placing of goods on the market (technical specifications and standards),
-waste management regulations (recycling, end-of-waste),
-industrial environmental law (EU-ETS, industrial permits, clean-up measures, environmental liability related to contamination, etc.),
-environmental taxes (carbon & energy taxation), eco-contributions,
-water, air and soil pollution.
Member of the Paris Bar, I worked at RACINE law firm (2007-2015) and at UGGC AVOCATS law firm as partner (2015-2020) before founding my own law firm PARADIGMES on 2020.
