Practice Areas

ENRIC ENRICH has been a practising lawyer in Barcelona since 1980. He set up his own firm Copyrait - Enrich Advocats, focused on general business practice and entertainment, and specifically on music and film law. Recently, Copyrait has entered into an alliance partnership with the law firm Croma Legal, a firm set up in 2020 and focused on entertainment, media, tech and digital projects.

Enric is specialized in copyright and image rights, commercial and private international law. He represents Spanish and foreign clients involved in different areas of the entertainment and cultural industries: music, film and television, publishing, sports and media, in matters related to negotiation and drafting of contracts and conflict resolution.

Enric currently teaching at the Berklee College of Music; the Masters programmes of the Conservatori del Liceu de Barcelona; and at the Intellectual Property at Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, ESMUC. Formerly we taught at other universities such as ESADE or UPF.

Enric is Arbitrator of the WIPO and the Independent Film & Television Alliance (IFTA). He is also a Neutrals mediator.

Enric is an appointed sworn translator of the English language and he uses the Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian languages in his work.
