She has been practicing for more than two decades with a focus on complex reorganizations such as plant closures, mergers and acquisitions and litigations against unions and works councils. She has also been recognized for many years for her niche expertise on supplementary retirement schemes and welfare schemes.


Elisabeth Graujeman registered with the Bar association of Paris in 1994.

Before joining Watrelot & Associés in 2001, Elisabeth Graujeman was a partner at Fromont Briens & Associés.

Within Chassany Watrelot & Associés, she is in charge of the Welfare Protection Hub.
