She also works with matters related to the CVM regulation, such as publicly-held companies’ registration as publicly held company, drafting of reference forms and materials for meetings, and administrative sanctioning proceedings. She has previous experience in the areas of knowledge of aviation, telephony, metals, oil and gas, mining, energy, pharmaceutical, cement, sanitation, retail and malls’ developers and managers.
