Doris-Maria Schuster advises in labour and employment law matters, including in connection with transactions and company restructurings. Clients profit from her extensive experience with complex matters concerning works constitution and collective bargaining law, in particular with critical negotiations with works councils or unions. She is also a specialist for contract structuring at board and managing director level from an employment law perspective. A further focus of her work is advising on employment-related compliance measures and representing companies in employment law-related disputes. In addition, Doris-Maria advises banks and financial service providers on the adjustment of contracts to bring them in line with regulatory remuneration requirements.
