Diego is a senior dispute resolution lawyer focusing on European and domestic litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property. He has represented clients before domestic courts (both in French and Dutch), the European Court of Justice and various administrative bodies such as EUIPO and BOIP.

Diégo has advised clients on ad hoc arbitration and has acted as counsel in institutional arbitrations before the ICDR (AAA), WIPO, CEPANI, the FORUM and the Czech Arbitration Court. Diégo has recently acted as sole arbitrator in a matter before CEPANI.

Diégo also provides transactional advice and assists clients in protecting, managing and enforcing their intellectual property rights. He has a particular expertise in brand and copyright protection, and domain names.
